Statement by Rose, assistant administrator, Office of Commercial Programs of NASA, presented before the subcommittee on Science, Technology, and Space of the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transporation of the U.S. Senate. He identifies several accomplishments of the past year, highlighting the CCDS (Centers for the Commercial Development of Space) program, cooperative agreements, technology applications, and publications. In his summary and conclusion he optimistically looks toward financial and technological gains for the future.
